The Tywin UI is designed to display insights through a structured three-tier hierarchy, each level catering to different professional needs:

Level 1: Offers a concise overview of the incident, including its root cause, tailored for C-level executives. This level provides a strategic, high-level perspective on issues impacting eCommerce funnel performance, enabling top executives to quickly grasp the essentials.

Level 2: Presents a more detailed view, incorporating a summary, key insights, recommended actions, and visual aids. This level is specifically aimed at B-level personnel, such as Directors and Managers, offering them a comprehensive understanding of incidents within the eCommerce funnel.

Level 3: Provides an in-depth analysis of the incident, including extensive information on the identified anomalies, root causes, and proposed solutions. This level is intended for a technical audience, including technical and data analysts. It offers insights into the analytical processes employed by AI agents and enables interactive data engagement, fostering a deeper understanding and actionability of/on the underlying issues.
