How does the sensitivity filter work?
How does the sensitivity filter work?
Updated over a week ago

The sensitivity filter is available in the Level 1 screen and affects the number of incidents displayed based on the following criteria:

  • Low sensitivity: the system is not sensitive to small changes and deviations. As such, users avoid too many alerts, focusing only on the most "striking" ones. The low sensitivity filtering includes all incidents in which the revenue difference is greater than $1,000 (in absolute terms) and the percentage difference of revenue from the baseline is greater than 25% (in absolute terms).

  • Medium sensitivity: displays all incidents in which the revenue difference is greater than $500 (in absolute terms). As such, it also includes all incidents filtered in when selecting the low-sensitivity setting.

  • High sensitivity: the system is very sensitive even to small volumes and deviations of the monitored metric(s) from the typically observed behavior. When setting the system's sensitivity to high, users expect to receive/view more (including less important) alerts on anomalous behavior. The high-sensitivity filtering displays all incidents, irrespective of the revenue difference or the percentage difference from the baseline.
