The search bar is available on the Level 1 screen and can filter the tickets displayed based on criteria reflecting qualitative/quantitative information included in all tickets created in an organization up to that point.

Users can search for tickets created for specific dates, specific product categories, tickets with a particular step of the funnel as the top contributor, decrease/increase in Revenue, etc.
