Invite your teammates and start collaborating on Baresquare

This is how to invite a new team member to your organization in order to collaborate and share your work with them.

  • For organization admin users (learn more about user types here).

  1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the header.

  2. Either click on "Invite user" to proceed, or on "User Management" and then on "+ Add new user":

  3. Insert the user's email address in the "Invite user" block, select the respective option if you want to grant organization admin permissions, and click on the "Invite user" button:

  4. The user will receive an email invitation to join your Baresquare organization


  • For users in the free plan (learn more about user types here).

  1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the header and check the "Invite user" link:

  2. Insert the user's email address and click on the "Invite user" button:

  3. The user will receive an email invitation to join your Baresquare organization
