How to manage the Baresquare apps

This is a how-to guide on installing and managing your active Baresquare apps

Installing an app

The Baresquare marketplace contains the apps we have built to help you get the most out of your data. You can install and start using one of them by visiting the apps page; click on your user avatar in the top right corner and select "Apps":

Note: Baresquare apps can be managed only by Organization Admins. Users are still able to view the apps, but cannnot configure them.

Viewing and editing an active app

In case you wish to view/edit/delete a Baresquare app, you can follow the same steps, locate the app of your choice (note: you would see the "Activated" label on every installed app or you can filter the activated apps only), and click to select it:

You now have the option to view the details of the existing configuration, reconfigure the app, view some stats, pause its execution, or delete it.

Deleting an app and your Baresquare account

In case you delete your app, as shown above, your Baresquare account will remain active, so you can still use or install other apps in the future.

If you wish your account to be deleted and revoke Baresquare's access to your data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via chat or email and we will delete your Baresquare account (note that our default data retention policy is 6 months, while no personal data is ever stored - see more here).

  2. Go to the Security section of your Google Account.

  3. Under “Third-party apps with account access,” select "Manage third-party access".

  4. Select Baresquare from the list of apps

  5. Select Remove Access
