Connect Baresquare to other tools

This is how-to set up Baresquare's connector in Zapier to connect with 3rd party applications.

Imagine getting a text message when an urgent ticket appears in your account. Or, being able to share tickets with the rest of your team in the messaging or ticketing app of your choice (Slack, Teams, JIRA, ClickUp). How about using newly created tickets to trigger automated reports from the analytics tool of your choice!

Zapier lets you connect Baresquare to 3,000+ other apps so you can do just about anything without the help of a developer. And it comes with a free trial!

Each Zap uses one app as the trigger from where your data comes. The "trigger app" then initiates one or more "actions apps", where your data gets sent automatically.

Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Generate a token in Baresquare.

    Click on your user avatar in the top-right corner and head to "My Profile > 'Integrations".

    Click "Generate token" and store it somewhere safe.

  2. Sign up for Zapier

    Sign up for a free Zapier account. It’s easy!

  3. Create a Zap

    If you’re feeling adventurous you can build a custom workflow. This is where your superpowers will really kick in.
