This is how to leave a comment for a team member as a reminder or instruction. This will guide the rest of the team, enabling instant collaboration as issues appear, and ensuring that they receive a notification as a heads up.

Scroll to the bottom of the "Ticket screen", type "@" in the "Comments block", and a list of team members will appear.

Choose the team member you wish to leave a comment for, proceed to type in your comment, and click "Post" when you are done:

The mentioned team member will receive an email notification.
