Can I share tickets with people who do not have a Baresquare account?

Collaborating with non-Baresquare users

Updated over a week ago

Enabling collaboration with other Baresquare users is our primary focus. But what about team members who have not yet signed up? You can still keep them aware of important data anomalies by sharing tickets with them.

Whenever a ticket is produced on Baresquare, a call-to-action is created.

You can assign it to another team member or you can use the 'mention' function,

and they will be notified.

But what about members on your team who have not yet created an account on Baresquare? (Why haven't they? It's free!).

You can still share tickets with them too, but they will only have access to view the high-level description unless they create an account and log in.

Click on the 'share button' and enter their email address.

You can find more details here.

The user will receive an email notification like the one shown below.

But clicking on the 'view incident' button will direct them to the sign-up page.

They will need to create an account to view more details and participate in the discussion.
