Focus and prioritize your work based on a customized selection of tickets

This is how to use the Filter bar and choose among a wide range of filters to find specific tickets or the types of tickets you are looking for, fast.

The Filter bar on the top left corner of the screen, located beneath the header,

offers several filtering and sorting options allowing you to customize your ticket feed.

Head to the "Filter bar" above the ticket feed, located in the left-hand column.

From this menu of drop-down options, you can sort tickets by "Status", "Assigned",

"Priority" "Date Range", and several more custom options found under the "Show more filters" drop-down menu.

You can also choose to "Sort by" "Newest" or "Oldest". Same date tickets will be automatically sorted by impact.
