This is how to resolve a ticket, once necessary actions have been implemented from beginning to end. This feature represents the pinnacle of Baresquare. Resolving a ticket, means you have solved a critical issue and come closer to optimizing your data analytics. What's more, the ticket becomes part of the institutional knowledge of the system and used for future reference to solve such issues faster and with greater efficiency.
Select the ticket from the "Ticket feed", on the left-hand column, and then head to the "Ticket screen" on the right.
Click "Resolve" located on the right side of the "Ticket header menu'.
You may, or may not choose to leave a comment to document the resolution process for future reference.
